How does your delivery system work?
We ship packages via courier services based on product size and weight. All packages are tracked and you’ll receive an email with tracking info when your order ships. Please note that customs fees are not handled by us, and you may incur these fees when your package arrives. By consenting to delivery, you acknowledge that you may be responsible for paying these fees.

Returns & Refunds
Cancellations
Don’t worry, all orders can be cancelled until the point of shipping. All you need to do to cancel an order is contact us as soon as possible.
Refunds & Exchange
You may request a refund by submitting a contact form or emailing us from the address you provided during ordering. This will help expedite the process of resolving your issue. Your refund request must meet the requirements stated below in order to be processed.
Please be aware that you have 14 days from the date of delivery to lodge any refund requests.
1. Proof of Purchase:
You need to provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase to process a refund.
2. Condition of the Item:
You are required to return items in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact. Refunds will not be issued for items that show signs of usage, wear, or damage not caused during shipping.
3. Defective or Damaged Items:
You may request a refund for items that arrive defective or damaged. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence to support your claim.
4. Hygiene-Related Items:
Certain items, such as undergarments or swimwear, may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless they are defective.
5. Incorrect Items:
If you receive an incorrect item, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. Please note that refunds will not be issued after this 14-day period.
6. Unauthorised Returns:
Items sent back without prior approval or authorisation (such as a return authorisation label) will not be refunded.
7. Promotional Items:
